This Keller Williams group had just rented this raw commercial space when I was commissioned to design the front reception area. Most KW offices feature red as their primary color. After going through expectations with the owners and partners of this firm, I broached the subject of perceived value that enter's your clients mind as they come through the front door of your office, filled with hopes and dreams. When talking through how they wanted people to feel, I suggested a classic, Restoration Hardware look. We agreed and I began....

I designed the reception desk and back cabinet and had them custom made by one of my local craftsmen. We wanted something neutral that could always be brought to another space for future if that need ever arose. Full inset cabinets are a premium detail, which I paired with black hardware. I had the idea to do polished concrete countertops throughout, which created a good foundation for this office. I had the back wall painted in the color "iron ore", and then designed and had madeI a new branding, brushed nickel sign for their wall. I selected and procured the meeting room table, which finished off this space nicely. The end result was a space where clients felt immediate trust for the quality of service they would receive.
